Subcamp Leaders - do you have what it takes?
- The main Suffolk Punch event consists of four subcamps for participants and one for staff. Each subcamp will have its own subcamp leader and team. The role of the subcamp leader and team is to provide participants with a fun, high-quality, and safe experience at Suffolk Punch. They are also there to support leaders and helpers with any issues or queries which may crop up during the camp.
- Being involved with the subcamp team will be busy, fun and extremely rewarding. You will be the point of contact for your allocated subcamp, attend daily staff meetings, hold leader briefings, and take on other tasks as needed. You will have the chance to meet groups and units from all over Suffolk and see a side to Scouting you may never have seen before!
- We are looking for additional adults to join the team. If you are interested or would like to find out more, please contact

Arrival and Departure times
- Your Thursday arrival time window and Tuesday departure time window will be shared with unit leaders via Subcamp Leaders. There will be an opportunity for leaders only to access the site early to drop off kit or start putting up tentage. This opportunity is on Wednesday 19th August from 12.00noon to dusk. Earlier access will not be possible as we will still be building the site.
Merchandise orders
- Participant and adult camp fees include a subcamp scarf and main camp and subcamp badge. A range of additional branded merchandise will be available for units to purchase via pre-order. Details to be shared in early May.

Minibuses!
