As with all organisations, having a vision and a plan to get to implement the end-goal is a very worthwhile guide to have.
The County Commissioner has produced a very straightforward 2-page document (approved by Trustee Board) that gives the major areas that the County will address to help implement the vision that HQ has for Scouting UK when applied to Suffolk.
