Strategic Plan

As with all organisations, having a vision and a plan to get to implement the end-goal is a very worthwhile guide to have.

HQ have reecently produced a new Strategy 2035  and is about being part of something and being in a 'Place to Belong'.  More details can be found in here Strategy | Scouts.

The County Lead Volunteer will arrange to produce a document that gives the major areas that the County will address to help implement the vision that HQ has for Scouting UK when applied to Suffolk.
