The Guide for how to record youth data on the Youth Data Upload template is now stored on the Compass User Guides Site here http://compassuserguide.scouts.org.uk/ under the heading ‘Using Compass’ then click on the link ‘Uploading Youth Data to Compass’.

There is a link “Youth Data Template’ in the first sentence in the user guide  that will open the template itself.

From now on the template and instruction guide will be maintained for using it on this site only. 

The guide for uploading the youth data to Compass, once it is recorded in the template, will be published in the same area as soon as it is completed and Compass is available for the Suffolk groups to upload their data - currently this has been put back by 2 weeks and so is likely to be in October now.
