The standard forms have now been updated for use with the Compass system.  They are available at the Compass User Guides website - link here - (put the link in your Bookmarks/Favourites) and are about halfway down under a Forms title.

They exist as 2 versions - one full colour and one a printer-friendly version - both PDF files.

There is also a Forum where people are posting comments and issues as they find them.
