We have been granted our full complement of Patrols to send to the next World Scout Jamboree in Japan 2015, totalling 36 young people.Information about the selection procedure for the Jamboree Unit Leaders can be found below.
The information includes role descriptions (PDF) and an application form (MS Word) that must be completed fully before submission.
Applicants must be available for the selection day on 30th June, 8.30am-2pm.
The selection procedure for young people will begin on 1st September with the release of information and application forms by email and via the County website. The selection procedure will be administrated at a whole County level on this occasion, with no quota of places allocated to each District. The activity day to select the youth participants will take place in early November.
I encourage all adults interested in taking a part in leading our contingent to the next World Scout Jamboree to read the role descriptions carefully and if they think they are right for the role(s), to apply.
