Wolsey Cubs Sixer and Seconders Camp
58 Cubs and many big kids disguised as leaders were at Hallowtree for the weekend of 27th to 29th September. This camp for our senior children was shined upon by the early Autumn sun and our theme of Wings and Wallys gave ample scope for great fun in our games and activities.
Our CC and acting DC Jenny arrived for a pop-in visit to be greeted by around 80 people happilly making armpit fudge - more memorable fun than ideal menu item! Its the fun and memories that make many a Cub Camp special.
Activities included backwoods cooking with no matches, 'Where's Wally' games, helicopter flying, rockets, abseiling, even Sumo wrestling kept the children entertained and tired out by Sunday afternoon Looking forward to next years already!
