A chance for 15-18 year olds to find out about what the County Commissioner and the Deputy County Commissioners do for their role. Shadow one of Jenny, Leigh, Keith and Peter for a term to get an insight into the responsibilities of a manager in Scouting by accompanying them to meetings and other engagements. First shadowing available from January 2014.
