Not quite a football score, but CMAT (see-mat) is short for the County Mountain Activities Team and they provide a wealth of adventurous activities in and around Suffolk.. with some being much wider afield and higher than others - as you can imagine from their name alone.
Andy Waller has provided 4 reports of the typical activities that can be enjoyed by the participants and leaders from burning off Xmas pud in Tunstall Forest to abseiling in the Peak District... sometimes the sun even shines on them !
