To ALL MEMBERS of SUFFOLK SCOUTING
Once again the time has come to think about elections for the County Executive Committee. There are three positions for elected members.
We are looking for people within the County who are willing to be nominated to sit on the Executive Committee for the term 20014/2015. The Committee has between four/five meetings a year, and non-uniformed people would be preferable, to ensure a strong input from lay members, but a uniformed person would be considered.
A brief description with your nomination will help other Districts with their voting. If you could let me have your nomination by 31st July, I can compile a list to allow postal voting to be completed by 18th September. Your District Representative to the County Scout Council, acting in accordance with the wishes of the District Scout Council, will have three votes (one per place).
